Scholarships Available
Addie's Studio and Autism Tree Project Foundation have 3 partial scholarships available for families that qualify. Please send in what is asked from you below to be eligible. Entries will be taken now until November 30, 2010. Addie and her staff will be picking the winner of 3 people to receive ½ off of the regular price of a 12 session package (see programs and prices). Your cost will be $360 for the 12 sessions/ 6 weeks long.

Guidelines are as follows:
- son or daughter have autism/ASD
- must fill out questionnaire (attached)
- must send picture of your child
- must qualify with guide lines (see below)
- 2 sessions/25 minutes each per week is mandatory.
- 12 session package is $360 out of pocket (1/2 the price)
