Kimberly is the owner and founder of Social Fusion Center. She earned her Bachelors Degree from Azusa Pacific University, in 2002 then continued on for grad school, also at APU, graduating in 2003 with a Masters degree in Educational Counseling.

She then began her work in the Autism/ABA field, where she quickly fell in love with the population and realized this was more than just a job... it would be a career. She began as a Behavior Therapist, working her way up over several years and then becoming a Clinical Supervisor for various NPA's around San Diego County for over 12 years.

In May 2013, Kimberly became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, after completing the BCBA program through Florida Institute of Technology.
Over the past 14 years, Kimberly has worked closely with many other service providers for children with autism within San Diego County, making her a valuable resource for both new and veteran familes navigating through the world of autism spectrum disorders. Such connections include: teachers, therapists, advocates, school district administrators, SLP's, OT/PT's, etc.

It was her extensive work with in-home programs/clients and time spent as the Behavior Specialist for a San Diego school district, where she realized the need for services like those offered at Social Fusion Center.
